Now recruiting hosts
VYBO is a live agency hiring hosts in Indonesia. You go on camera with a group, on a shift, for viewers in the United States. Training is free. There is no join fee. Experience is welcome — and so is none.
01 — The offer
Pay, a place to rest, and training are part of the offer. Nothing here asks you to pay us.
Pay
Base pay and any gift bonus are written in the contract, with two pay dates each month. You see both before your first shift.
Some hosts stay in a shared dorm with air conditioning and Wi-Fi. It is support, not a private flat. Who stays, and for how long, is in the contract before you join.
KAVVO CAFE is our own cafe. Hosts can sit, eat, and let a session wear off. It is a perk between shifts, not another job.
Before a real session you learn the group format: where to be in the frame, how a cue works, and how a short chat goes. Training is free.
A first job on camera is welcome. We teach the format. What matters is that you show up, take direction, and stay respectful.
You get a clear contract. There is no join fee. Fairness and respect are how the shift is run, and you can ask when something is unclear.
02 — The day
Three teams cover twenty-four hours. The shows run on TikTok, for viewers in the United States. When you are on, you are in a group — not hosting a room by yourself.
A morning team, for example, starts around (Western Indonesia Time). That lines up with evening prime time in the United States — about 7:00 p.m. on the East Coast.
It shows how a shift can meet a US audience. It is not a promise that every host starts at 06:00. The other two teams cover the rest of the day, and your lead confirms the clock-in before you are on the schedule.
Where stars begin
Five or more hosts are on camera at once. The conversation is for people watching in the United States, which is why part of the clock sits on their evening.
You are trained first, then placed on a team. The pictures on this page are brand concepts, not a workplace you can visit and not a street address.
03 — Who should apply
04 — Before you write to us
Applying is free. Joining is free. If someone asks you to pay to become a VYBO host, do not pay.
We will never ask for your passwords, one-time codes, or the login to a personal account.
Base pay, any gift bonus, and the two dates each month are in the contract before your first shift. Nothing is deducted as a fee to join.
05 — FAQ
Twice a month. Base pay is [BASE SALARY RANGE]. Gift bonus terms are [GIFT BONUS TERMS]. The contract names the exact dates before your first shift.
A partial dorm can be part of the offer: a shared place to stay, with air conditioning and Wi-Fi. It is not a private apartment. Who stays, and for how long, is written down before you join.
Yes. Training is free, and there is no course fee. You are shown how a group live works before you are asked to carry a shift.
No. Zero experience is fine. Hosts are hired for reliability, a willingness to be on camera with a group, and the patience to learn a format.
Basic English is enough for short chat: a greeting, a simple reply, a cue on screen. You do not need to be fluent. The audience is in the United States, so those short lines matter.
The livestream runs 24 hours, covered by three teams. On your team you are on camera with five or more hosts. A host day is about six hours live, in two sessions of about three hours, with one day off each week. A morning example starts around 06:00 WIB, which meets US evening prime time. Your lead confirms your actual clock-in.
