FAQ

Questions, answered plainly.

Pay, housing, training, English, and the shape of a shift.

When do hosts get paid?

Twice a month. Base pay is [BASE SALARY RANGE]. Gift bonus terms are [GIFT BONUS TERMS]. The contract names the exact dates before your first shift.

Is there a dorm?

A partial dorm can be part of the offer: a shared place to stay, with air conditioning and Wi-Fi. It is not a private apartment. Who stays, and for how long, is written down before you join.

Is training free?

Yes. Training is free, and there is no course fee. You are shown how a group live works — the frame, the cues, the short chat — before you are asked to carry a shift.

Do I need experience?

No. Zero experience is fine. Hosts are hired for reliability, a willingness to be on camera with a group, and the patience to learn a format.

How much English do I need?

Basic English is enough for short chat: a greeting, a simple reply, reading a short cue. You do not need to be fluent. The audience is in the United States, so those short lines matter.

How do the shifts work?

The livestream runs 24 hours, covered by three teams. On your team you are on camera with five or more hosts. A host day is about six hours live, in two sessions of about three hours, with one day off each week.

A morning example starts around 06:00 WIB (Western Indonesia Time), which meets evening prime time in the United States — about 7:00 p.m. Eastern. That clock is an example. Your lead confirms your actual start before you are on the schedule. The shows run on TikTok.

Will anyone ask for a password?

No. VYBO will not ask for passwords, verification codes, or access to your personal accounts. Pay never depends on handing over a login.

Is there a fee to apply or to join?

No registration fee and no join fee. If someone asks you to pay to become a VYBO host, do not pay. Write to vybolive@gmail.com or message 6285286779600.
